How it Works?
The Rotary Drum Filter is seamlessly connected to the machine’s outlet, where coolant mixed with chips is discharged. The system employs a dual-stage separation process:
- Heavier Chips Removal:
An integrated scraper conveyor efficiently collects and removes heavier chips.
- Fine Particle Filtration:
The rotary drum, wrapped with a fine stainless steel mesh, captures lightweight particles that remain suspended in the coolant.
After filtration, the clean coolant is directed into an integrated tank. To maintain continuous operation, a coolant jet from the scraper conveyor rinses the drum, effectively removing trapped fine chips.
